Deren Ali
Having started boxing as a junior for South Norwood & Victory Boxing Club, Del now has over 20 years of boxing experience behind him.
After competing as both a junior and senior, Del became a qualified boxing coach in 2014. Since then he has attained his Level 3 Coaching qualification, a First Aid Instructor's qualification, is a Safeguarding officer/ instructor and currently Head Coach at The London Military Boxing Club.
He has worked with Andy Haines at The London Military Boxing Club since the club was formed and has been both a boxer and a coach for the club.

Del has trained multiple amateur National Champions and now along with Andy, he is aiming to make Corner 2 Corner the exclusive home of professional champions, watch this space!

Andy Haines MBE
Andy has been involved with boxing for over 40 years. He was the British Army Germany Boxing Coach from 1998 to 2001.
In 2008 he formed London Military Boxing which has produced several ABA Champions in both male and female boxing, along with an Olympian and former two-time World Champion.
Andy holds a Professional Trainer and Seconds license with the BBBofC and a PRO-AM licence with the England ABA.
Andy is the Senior Coach Educator for England Amateur Boxing Alliance. He is currently one of three London ABA Regional Coaches and has held this position for the past 15 years.

Andy Haines was awarded the MBE for Services to Boxing in 2017. He has written several Schools Non-Contact Boxing publications. He is also an Amateur OIC, Referee, Judge and Timekeeper.
